We stayed in a room with a king size bed, it was comfortable, a little firm for my liking but comfortable . The bed linens were soft and comfy. The room was a little small but it is a motel and it was just the two of us so it wasn’t a big issue. We were on the front side and you couldn’t hear much noise from the road, we were pleasantly surprised by how quiet it was. The shower, perfect water pressure and warm water but the shower head was a little low, not an issue for me but my 6’4 husband had to bend over to wash his hair. There is a small fridge, microwave, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, and a few toiletries (I would still bring my own). The staff was extremely friendly and even called after we left to make sure an item left in the parking lot wasn’t ours. The only complaint I would have is the room was a little warm. We accounted that to the fact it was so hot outside and the small unit couldn’t compensate. Overall we had a nice stay and I would stay there again when in the area. *we do bring our fan... This hotel is on the other side of a more busy intersection so everything was very quiet. Guy checking us in was very nice and informative. Rooms are pretty basic but clean and nice. Bathroom was clean, good hot water and pressure in the shower. A little odd in that toilet/shower is separated from the sink and a nice and big sink/counter area for gals getting ready in morning. Has almost a motel feel as the doors are on the outside so you do not go through a hallway to reach your room.

Breakfast was at least average if not a little above with sausage, eggs, biscuits, and some other items.

Always enjoy finding the little gems that make travel easier. This was one of them with great reviews that lived up to expectations, even if simple. Pleased to support a local business that maintains itself well. I'd definitely stay here again. More

If you are coming from the interstate, you have to keep your eyes open for the small trails to cross the median grass.. I went right past all three.. but there was a fourth a bit down the road...
